Fees are set out in your engagement letter or invoice. Payment terms are typically 14 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest.

3. Responsibilities

We rely on clients to provide accurate and timely information. CS Balanced Books LLP is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or delayed data submission.

4. Confidentiality

All client data is treated as strictly confidential, in line with UK GDPR.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing. Any outstanding fees will be payable up to the date of termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
